Vittoria Mezcal Race MTB Tyre

The Mezcal, proven at the World Championships, now offers a new 2.4 size option featuring Vittoria’s latest XC Race Formulation and technology.

With its fast rolling capability, aggressive cornering, and lightweight build, this tyre is perfect for XC courses that blend hardpack terrain with roots and occasional rocky sections. Engineered for pure XC speed, it boasts numerous UCI World Championships and XCO European Championships victories.

The alternating centre ridge ensures swift forward momentum on climbs and enhances traction during braking, while the directional siping on the shoulder knobs enables confident cornering on hard, slippery surfaces. 

Utilising the new Race Formulation, which incorporates Graphene and Silica, this tyre offers improved wet grip and suppleness, along with a 60TPI tubeless ready casing to enhance deformation. This combination not only reduces rider fatigue but also enhances race-day reliability.

With its new casing, compound and size, the Mezcal showcases a 3% improvement in rolling performance.
