Having used this for around a month now, I think I’ve got a pretty good handle on the pros and cons. The auto adjustment system works well, meaning the lid fits securely with little to no faff. The finish is high quality - although at the price point, I’d like a better chinstrap, perhaps akin to the Kask helmets. It’s nice and light, however despite having large vents - it does run pretty hot. The inner padding does a good job of stopping the sweat running into the face, but again, I’m surprised by the heat retention. My previous POC lid was chunkier, but did a far better job of dispersing heat. Looks wise: it nice and niche, good for those seeking something to differentiate from the sea of S-Works and Kask. I was fortunate to pick this up at around -35% rrp - which is about right, however I’m not sure if it competes with those above the £240 mark.

This looks really good (not like a mushroom) and has a great fit. It's much more comfy than my old helmet which had a dial adjustment. I had tried a different brand of helmet prior to ordering this, but the Small was still too big for my head. This helmet in size small fits me well. I did still have quite a hot head in the very warm weather, but I think I'd be hot whatever helmet I had on. I'm very happy with my purchase.
