The Diva Gel TI136 Superflow Women's Saddle from Selle Italia is aimed at providing an extremely comfortable perch, whether commuting, completing long sportives or even off-road. The titanium rails both save weight and add comfort thanks to the spring that is inherent in the metal, and the junction between the rails and the saddle also features a shock-absorbing section. However, it is probably the large cut out (or Flow) section which contributes most to this saddle’s comfort. By relieving potential pressure on the perineal area, the cut-out both increases all-day comfort and allows an efficient riding position to be maintained.
I was finding the Bontrager P3 Verse on my new Trek road bike really uncomfortable after several 35 mile bike rides so researched other alternatives. This saddle had some excellent reviews and I’ve now been using the Diva Gel Flow for a month. I’m so pleased I made the switch - much more comfortable and can do 40 miles easily. I’m a size 8 but went for the larger saddle size - L3. Expensive but worth it!
