Job Title: Bicycle PDI Technician

Position Overview:
You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced team, responsible for the assembly and inspection of fully boxed bikes and custom builds. Additionally, you will oversee the re-packaging of bikes for direct shipment to customers or un-boxed fulfilment to our retail stores.
What are we looking for? Essential skills/experience:
- Strong technical and mechanical expertise in bicycle maintenance, with experience servicing and building road, gravel, and triathlon bikes.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- MDetail-oriented, conscientious, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- General IT proficiency to support technical processes and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of technicians to ensure optimal service and performance.
Desirable skills/experience:
- Qualified to Cytech level 2 or 3 is preferred, although specific training in all areas will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Previous experience within a workshop environment.
