The Sigma Sports Rides are back!

Join us and our friends from Black Sheep Cycling for our WMNS Ride with an Aussie twist on Sunday, 8th March to celebrate International Women’s Day.

Open to everyone regardless of gender, for our first ride of the year, we’ll head out for a social spin before finishing the morning with a complimentary yoga session and delicious protein recovery smoothie at Njinga Cycling, the top local cycle training and indoor Lab.
Please let us know in advance in case you have any allergies.

Please note that in order to join the yoga session, you’ll have to sign the Njinga Cycling safety waiver. The easiest way to do this is by creating a Njinga Cycling account online, although you will be able to sign a physical copy on the day of the ride.

Speed Levels

The ride will be split into three groups:

Group 1, averaging 18-19mph (29kph).This group will be perfect for those looking for a more intense ride. If you find yourself towards the back of the group, you’re welcome to hang back and wait for Group 2 to sweep you up.

 

Group 2, averaging 16-17mph (27kph). This is ideal for those who are looking for a simple, social ride but still want to get home in time for lunch.

 

Group 3, averaging 14-15mph (25kph), which is perfect for anyone new to the sport, or even for those who have been riding for a while but haven’t ridden in a group before and would like to gain a bit more experience.
