Following on from a fantastic October social ride from our Oakham store, we have an exciting, new route planned for our November social ride. Come join us on Saturday 20th November and sign up for one of our two different groups leaving the store. Each ride will have a non-drop policy, with the focus of this ride being to meet new people and explore the local roads.

We’ll be meeting at the store at 9am for a rolling ride, covering a distance of 49.7 kilometres and climbing approx 623 metres. 

Heading out from the Sigma Sports Oakham store, we will ride west, climbing up to Cold Overton before visiting the picturesque Dalbys before reaching our half way point at Ashby Folville. We will then head back via Twyford and Knossington before we return to our Sigma Sports store.

The ride will be split into two groups:

Group one will average 17-18mph and is ideal for those who are looking for a simple, social ride that'll get you home in time for lunch.

 

Group two will average 15-16mph, which is perfect for anyone new to the sport, or even for those who have been riding for a while but haven’t ridden in a group before and would like to gain a bit more experience.
