On Tuesday, 15th October we’ll be joined by Brooks and Tribe for a social run around Bushy Park.

The active Tribe crew will be providing all natural and delicious nutrition samples to boost your performance and keep you fuelled for longer.

Whether you’re new to the sport and wanting to improve your fitness, or an experienced runner looking for a group to exercise with, this month’s running sessions have something to enjoy for everyone.

We’re meeting on Tuesday, 15th October at 6.30pm outside the Sigma Sports store, where you’ll be able to meet our run captains and leave your bags safe and sound in the nearby Swan Pub.

We’ll then head into Bushy Park for a joint warm up session to get ready for a social 5km loop around the park.

After the session, we’ll regroup to stretch before you’re invited to join our Run Captains for a drink at the Swan, opposite the Sigma Sports store.
