Join us on Thursday, 5th March at 6.30pm for our Tempo Thursday session.
Designed to teach runners to be mindful of their pacing, this run starts off easy but gradually increases in speed until you’ve reached your threshold.
The group will start at the Sigma Sports store in Hampton Wick, allowing you to drop off your bags and coats before heading into Bushy Park for a 7km loop.
Our starting pace will be around 9 minutes / mile, with the speed gradually increasing for the duration of the run.
We’re hosting this event in collaboration with American apparel and shoe brand New Balance, a brand that does not only have over 100 years of experience, but also hold the firm belief that humans were born to move.
During the session you’ll be able to demo a range of their highly technical and advanced products, including the premium 1080 Fresh Foam neutral shoe, and the 860v10 stability shoe. New Balance will be on site to provide support and answer any questions you might have.
