Active Root Energy Sachets contain only natural ingredients, all of which are vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free, and are supplied in a box of 20 x 35-gram sachets to keep your cupboards stocked. Root ginger keeps your stomach settled during a hard or long workout, while raw cane sugar provides a source of carbohydrates so you can keep performing at your peak for longer. The addition of salt replaces electrolytes lost from sweat to prevent cramping and other associated issues. Suitable for before, during and after exercise, mixed with 500ml of water, the drink has a light and refreshing taste. Select the green tea and ginger for a more earthy, less sweet flavour, or peppermint and ginger to help keep your respiratory tract clear.

Allergen information: There are no nuts in this recipe and the product is packed in a nut-free environment, however, Active Root cannot guarantee that nuts are not handled by staff or visitors on the factory premises. Due to the natural ingredients in Active Root, it is perfectly normal to find occasional small dark sugar molasses and particles of ginger fibre. When shaken the particles will mostly dissolve into your drink.
