And with 100mg of caffeine per serving, you also get a quick boost to your mental focus – just right for towards the end of a particularly gruelling training session or race. 

Recommended usage:

Use Turbo Gels before or during exercise. Take 1-3 gels per hour of exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate requirements.

Caution: High caffeine content 167mg/100ml (100mg/60ml). This dietary supplement is not suitable for persons under 18 years of age and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
