The humble arm warmer has to be the best invention ever (closely followed by Pot Noodles and The Beans), but if like me your upper half is slightly lacking in girth (ahem), then finding a pair that don’t continuously fall down can be a bit of a nightmare. Enter the Castelli Thermaflex. These tubular beauties stay put for the duration, have a decent length and feel oh so soft against the skin, you almost forget you’re wearing them. They do a decent job of keeping you warm too, but don't expect them to keep you dry in a downpour. They may cost a bit more than your average arm warmer, but considering they’re from Castelli, they’re still very reasonably priced.
