The balls and cages are combined with hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-smooth polished groove. Further enhancing the bearings' smooth spinning credentials, CeramicSpeed has added low viscosity CeramicSpeed “Blue grease”, which also increases bearing life. The bearings are finished off with non-contact seals to keep dirt and water out. Handcrafted in Denmark under sterile white room conditions. The team at CeramicSpeed spin the bearings by hand four times during the manufacturing process to ensure that all parts are matched perfectly.
