With 12mm thru-axle compatibility, this is a modern component in line with current bike specification trends. Fast-rolling bearings run in heat-treated, surgical grade steel races that Chris King machines simultaneously.
Tools of equal wear are used so that the inner and outer races match up perfectly to create as little friction as possible. The one-piece solid bolt through axle keeps the hub clamped vice-like between the fork legs for minimum deflection and precise steering. Centrelock disc attachment means that the rotor and hub are connected by not just a few bolts but rather a plethora of splines that lock the rotor firmly in place for unbeatable stopping power and security. Chris King’s attention to detail also means that the hubs and bearings are fully serviceable so will continue to work perfectly for ride after ride.
