DT Swiss ARC 1100 Spline 38 Carbon Spoke Wheelset
This special limited edition of the DT ARC 1100 wheelset has been created to deliver exceptional climbing performance by combining a proven race platform with the latest carbon spoke technology. These are the first DT wheels to feature carbon spokes, engineered to be the fastest option for high mountain riding while maintaining the handling, aerodynamic efficiency and durability for which DT is known.
DT Swiss Advanced Carbon Spoke Integration
Custom 180 hub shells have been completely redesigned to work with the bespoke Vonoa carbon spoke interfaces, resulting in an even greater stiffness to weight ratio compared with DT’s Grand Tour proven steel spoked models. The super light 38 mm rims are produced in Europe using DT’s exclusive out of the Mold technology, providing a weight reduction and a level of finish that is unmatched. The rims are hooked and tubeless ready for maximum versatility.
DT Swiss Hub Engineering and Complete Wheel Tyre System
DT’s DICUT 180 hub with a 36 tooth Ratchet EXP mechanism and SiNC ceramic bearings is the lightest, simplest and lowest drag road disc hub the company has created, while remaining just as reliable and easy to service as the legendary 240. As part of the WTS system, the front wheel is supplied with the DT developed 26c Aero 111 tyre and the rear with a 28c GP 5000s TR, along with premium TPU tubes. The front wheel is set up for 12 x 100 mm thru axles and the rear for 12 x 142 mm thru axles.
Wheels include both Shimano Road and SRAM XDR freehubs, wheel bags, rim tape and lightweight tubeless valves.
