DT Swiss PRC 1400 SPLINE 35mm Clincher Rear Wheel
The DT Swiss PRC 1400 SPLINE 35mm Clincher Rear Wheel is a great option for riders who wish to upgrade their wheels but don’t want the potential handling issues that can result from deep rims. The carbon rim is easily converted to tubeless using the included hardware and has much improved braking performance thanks to a resin polymer in the brake track that is 20% more resistant to heat. The rim’s 18mm internal width works perfectly with 25mm tyres, allowing them to spread more than normal and give a comfier, grippier ride with less rolling resistance. With a 36-tooth ratchet freehub on the 240 hub acceleration is near-instant with rapid engagement of the ring drive providing great responsiveness.
