The Fizik Aliante R3 Saddle is designed to keep you at the peak of your performance thanks to a sublime blend of a composite carbon shell for efficiency, Fizik Kium rails to enhance comfort and Twin Flex technology to absorb vibrations and reduce sway when laying down the power.

Sitting in the Rigid Spine section of the Fizik 3 Spine Concept, this saddle is designed for riders with a low degree of spinal flexibility, and any rider with this will benefit from the increased curvature and support of the Aliante shape.

The composite carbon shell with co-injected nylon Twin Flex stops any loss of efficiency when you’re surging along the flats, but the Twin Flex actually provides a small amount of movement around the centre to keep you comfortable. The Fizik Kium rails enhance this by absorbing any vibrations from the road but also remains lightweight.

At just 215g, the Aliante R3 Saddle is the perfect addition to your bike on long, testing rides.

The 142mm width saddle comes in black/anthracite, which is a dark grey colour, slightly lighter than the images, and the 152mm width saddle is black.
