Thanks to the speed-lace and hook and loop closure systems, the TX224 offers a seamless entry and exit while maintaining exceptional support. A heel-side elastic band holder ensures quick transitions. Its innovative design provides a customisable fit, delivering convenience and reliability during the most demanding triathlon races.
The shoes benefit from a durable Clarino Microfiber upper with a NuFOAM™ breathable, moisture-wicking shell and a Trek-Dry antimicrobial liner for all-day freshness. NuFOAM’s multi-layered design keeps feet cool and dry. The Trek-Dry inner layer, made from carbonised bamboo, wicks moisture away, while the perforated foam middle layer promotes airflow for natural cooling and evaporation. This innovative system enhances comfort and performance, making it the ultimate triathlon shoe.
The ultralight, stiff 100% carbon fibre sole enhances power transfer, giving you an edge with every pedal stroke. The CX/TX Comfort (Wide) last offers a race-oriented fit but with extra space at the forefoot for toes to splay, easing pressure for those with wider feet. The heel cup ensures a locked-in feel, delivering both comfort and control on the bike.
