Taking their inspiration from the popular rice cakes consumed by professional riders, OTE has created the Duo Energy Bar 65g, available here in a bumper box of 12. OTE's top nutritionists set out to create an energy bar that was easily digested, making it ideal for situations where gels and energy drinks are not desirable. The formula is gluten-free, contains no artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours, achieving the goal of making it kind on your stomach.

Each bar delivers 40 grams of carbohydrates over the two servings, providing enough energy for 45 minutes to an hour of exercise, with seven grams of protein also included, muscle fatigue is staved off too.
