For those who like to rack up the miles, the PowerBar Ride Energy Bar Box adds a tasty, easily digestible, energy-rich boost to your ride or run. Each 55-gram bar uses caramel as its base and is jam-packed with carbohydrates and high-quality protein.

Enhancing the body's ability to metabolise energy, magnesium has been added, yet you can be safe in the knowledge that no artificial preservatives or colours have been used.

Available in a range of flavours, each bar contains around 25 grams of energy-rich carbohydrates and approximately 10 grams of protein. PowerBar recommends consuming one bar an hour before activity and at least one bar per hour of exercise. Supplied in a box of 18 x 55g bars.
