Carbohydrate mix (92%) (Maltodextrin (produced from partial hydrolyses of a special variety of Maize), Fructose), Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid, Electrolytes (2%) (Sodium Chloride, Calcium Lactate, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, Magnesium Lactate), Sweetener (Aspartame). Contains a source of Phenylalanine.
