Shimano's IC102 Indoor Cycling Shoes are designed for on the turbo or a spin bike at the gym. They maximise breathability using a mesh upper and ventilation in the sole, while comfort is enhanced by the sock-like fit. A single cross strap takes care of closure and leaves plenty of room for adjustment. With a glass fibre reinforced nylon sole, power transfer is efficient, ensuring all your watts go through the pedals. These shoes are compatible with both road SPD-SL and Look pedals, and mountain bike SPDs.
