The GRIPTON compound has been reinforced with silicon dioxide for decreased heat build-up and deformation, resulting in increased efficiency; the tyre adapting to rough roads and damping vibrations for smoother riding.
The 2Bliss ready clincher construction allows you to easily convert to a tubeless setup in order to benefit from the advantages of running a lower tyre pressure; notably, a lower risk of pinch flats and enhanced comfort. The GRID casing significantly enhances the strength and durability of the tyre, providing sidewall protection against cuts and punctures.
This 650b x 2.6-inch width version of Specialized's Purgatory GRIP tyre further enhances stability and improves traction so you can take the roughest terrain and most technical corners at high speed.
