The PowerDot Duo Red 2.0 Smart Muscle Stimulator is designed around neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and their benefits to the body, in terms of muscle performance and recovery. The lightweight and compact design makes this device an excellent choice at home and away. The Duo is controlled by the PowerDot app, enabling you to select specific programs, get guidance on how best to use it and track progress. 

The Duo comes with two PowerDot pods, enabling you to treat both sides or different areas of the body simultaneously and each pod has up to 20 hours of battery life.
