Thermarest Hyperion 20 UL Large Sleeping Bag
Offering a huge amount of warmth, Thermarest’s Hyperion 20 UL Large Sleeping Bag is filled with 900 fill Nikwax hydrophobic goose down. This down has been treated to stay dry and thus loft more effectively than standard down, providing greater warmth for its weight. All the down used is Responsible Down Standard Certified, ensuring that the birds used in production have been treated humanely.
As well as using premium down, the bag has a box wall construction to keep the down from migrating and to prevent cold spots from forming. The fill has also been zoned to provide more insulation where it is needed most, with 70% of the down on top of the bag and 30% underneath. Down is not only lighter for its weight than synthetic insulation, but it is also much more compressible, so takes up less space in a rucksack or pannier. Both a compression stuff sack and a larger storage sack are provided. SynergyLink connectors allow a sleeping bag and Thermarest sleeping pad to be connected so that they both remain together during the night.
