The NeoAir XLite Regular Wide Sleeping Pad from Thermarest offers all the warmth and comfort of the standard version, but with an extra 13cm width. Its Triangular Core Matrix reduces air movement within the mattress and hence convective heat loss, enabling an R Value of 4.2 for great insulation from the cold ground. Inflation is either via the included pump sack or just with breath and the WingLock valve can be shut off between inflations so no air is wasted. The tapered design ensures that there is no excess material where it’s not needed, helping keep the weight down to just 430 grams and giving it a similar pack size to a litre water bottle.
