The Sawtooth profile of the rim varies between 82mm and 85mm, which when combined with the HexFin ABLC dimple pattern, gives outstanding aerodynamics and stability. The wheel’s weight is also extremely impressive given its depth, coming in at a little over 700 grams so hillier or rolling routes aren’t an issue. Along with handling, aerodynamics and weight, Zipp’s TSE (Total System Efficiency) concept also aims to reduce the fatiguing effect of road buzz on the rider. This is achieved by the 23mm internal width of the rim combined with its hookless tubeless tyre compatibility that affords the opportunity to run lower pressures for more vibration absorption, less rolling resistance and greater grip.

Sapim’s light, aero CX-Sprint spokes tie the rim to the Cognition V2 hub, with Center Lock rotor compatibility and 12x100mm thru-axle for control and security.
