ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
We ask that you use your discount just for yourself and do not share your industry discount with anyone else. We also ask that you refrain from discussing your discount with anyone who would not qualify for their own industry membership. If someone admires your Sigma Sports gear, please refer them to our website. The industry discount cannot be used for large group orders, for large organisations, or orders requiring VAT exemption. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other site promotions, in-store services, discounts, credit, finance, Cycle Scheme, Gift Cards, eGift Voucher, discount codes or offers and/or bike purchases. We appreciate your respect for the programme and its rules. If we find you're misusing your industry discount, we may have to cancel your order, and in extreme cases, remove you from the programme. Currently, this program is only available to UK residents. Please note, an industry email address is required.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Orders can be delivered to your home, place of business or a collection point of your choosing. All orders will be subject to delivery costs as displayed in the basket. We cannot waive delivery fees for items mistakenly omitted from an order.
We cannot retroactively apply an industry discount to orders placed prior to receiving approval, or to orders placed at full price. We cannot waive the VAT from industry deal orders, as the discount is only for personal use.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your gear. Item(s) must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. We cannot accept out-of-date or open nutrition. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late returns. To return your item(s) complete and print our returns form and then include it with your item(s) and send it to the following address:

Exchanges: We do not currently have an automated exchange programme. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your gear. See ‘Returns’ above. Item(s) must be returned unworn and in the original packaging. To place an exchange simply place a new order. You will be responsible for the delivery fees (if applicable) for the new order.
Warranty: As an industry member, you’re entitled to our regular warranty procedure. If you have a defective product within 30 days, please email us at warranty@sigmasports.com. Further information on Sigma Sport's warranty policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
