BMC Alpenchallenge 01 ONE S Alfine 8 Hybrid Bike 2021
The BMC Alpenchallenge 01 ONE S Alfine 8 Hybrid Bike blends function and form to offer itself as the ideal partner for town errands or social weekend rides.
The frame is made from a high grade of alloy, and this affords reactive acceleration, robustness and low weight. Partnering the frame is the carbon fork, and this works in tandem with the frame’s dropped seatstays to cushion road imperfections, reduce surface vibrations and lower rider fatigue on longer trips. A racing bike inspired geometry gives nimble and responsive handling properties that are ideal for when rushing about town while light but robust wheels are spritely and dependable across all manner of road surfaces.
The Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub gear and belt drive system is ideal for a busy city schedule as it is durable and low maintenance and hydraulic disc brakes stop abruptly but with control when confronted with heavy traffic. Included mudguards keep the rider and bike shielded from road spray when tacking wet conditions and lights that are integrated into the handlebars and seatpost increase safety after dark.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
