BMC Roadmachine FIVE Disc Road Bike
Balancing performance and comfort, the BMC Roadmachine FIVE Disc Road Bike is the perfect companion for long-distance rides, yet will also happily blast around short local training loops too.
The frame uses BMC’s Tuned Compliance Concept Endurance carbon layup to carefully marry together the requirements of comfort and performance, ensuring that the frame is compliant enough for rough tarmac and sufficiently stiff to transfer all power efficiently to the rear wheel. At the front end, the Integrated Cockpit System (ICS) has a neat reverse front plate stem and ergonomic handlebar whilst at the back, the D-shaped carbon seatpost adds further compliance to the ride. Cables are routed internally once they reach the frame to keep them out of harm’s way and to help reduce drag.
Shimano’s latest addition to their electronic groupset range, 105 Di2 brings workhorse reliability together with fast precise 12-speed shifting, while braking performance is assured from the powerful hydraulic discs. The combination of a compact 50/34 chainset and an 11-34 tooth cassette gives an excellent range of gears that is well suited to the bike’s adventurous aspirations. The wheels consist of Mavic’s ever-reliable Open Disc rims laced to Formula hubs, making a wheelset that will give years of service in any conditions.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
