BMC Roadmachine X AL ONE Disc Road Bike
BMC’s Roadmachine X AL ONE Disc Road Bike is a fun and versatile option that offers great performance on a very wide variety of surfaces. It pushes the Roadmachine range firmly towards the gravel genre, yet doesn’t lose sight of its speedy road-based roots.
The aluminium frame and carbon fork use Tuned Compliance Concept Gravel and Gravel+ Geometry to provide an efficient and comfortable ride with stability and control off-road whilst retaining enough agility and nimbleness for on-road enjoyment. There is enough clearance to fit 45mm rubber if required, but the bike is supplied with 32mm WTB Expanse tyres as befits its genre-blurring status. Mudguard mounts and rack bosses further increase the bike’s utility and underline its long-distance, adventurous brief. For truly committed riders, there is cable routing for a hub dynamo.
SRAM’s 11-speed Rival groupset combines mechanical shifting with hydraulic braking for easy gear changes and reliable control. The drivetrain has a wide-range 11-42T cassette for challenging climbs and a single ring chainset for simplicity, with the large shift paddles simple to use even when wearing full-fingered gloves.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
