BMC Teammachine ALR ONE Disc Road Bike
Bringing BMC’s technical knowledge and experience in building pro-level bikes to a wider audience, the Teammachine ALR ONE Disc Road Bike offers an exciting and rewarding ride.
Similar to the SLR carbon bikes, the aluminium frame of the ALR has been developed specifically to provide a curated blend of compliance and speed using size-specific butted tubing so that every ride benefits from the same experience. This means that tiring vibrations from the road are reduced without diminishing the drivetrain’s responsiveness and efficiency, allowing the bike to be ridden quickly in comfort all day. The fork is made from ACE carbon to reduce weight, improve handling and further add to the front end’s compliance whilst the D-shaped carbon seatpost helps at the rear.
Effortless and electronic, SRAM’s Rival eTap AXS groupset provides perfect shifts with just a light press of the lever. The system is fully wireless so there are no cables to stretch or become dirty therefore every shift is as good as the first and very little maintenance is required. Connection to a compatible GPS device via Bluetooth allows battery levels and gear selections to be shown, and SRAM’s AXS smartphone app gives the potential to customise certain shifting functions. X-Range gearing uses smaller chainrings in conjunction with a 10 tooth rear sprocket to give a wide range of gears, but makes it easier to maintain optimal cadence by reducing the jumps between ratios.
BMC’s own-brand XR-522 wheels are tubeless-ready, so can be set up to benefit from lower rolling resistance, more grip and comfort, and fewer punctures. Furthermore, at just 25mm deep handling will always be assured and confidence-inspiring whatever the weather and wind direction.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
