Cannondale CAAD12 Dura Ace Road Bike 2019
If you're looking for an aluminium race bike that matches or exceeds the performance of many carbon offerings, look no further than the Cannondale CAAD12 Dura-Ace Road Bike. Experts in aluminium, Cannondale have engineered the CAAD12 using their premium SmartForm C1 alloy that is the lightest, smoothest and stiffest available. The frame and fork together weigh just 1428 grams in a size 54cm, and SAVE suspension in the fork and rear triangle soak up road buzz to smooth out the harshest roads, providing a supreme ride quality.
Designed for explosive power, this bike is perfect for the crit circuit, and the oversized BB30a bottom bracket junction, asymmetric chainstays and flared Delta seat tubes increase stiffness, so all the power you push through the pedals is translated into speed. Elite Race geometry puts you in an aggressive yet comfortable position.
Built up with Shimano's top-of-the-line mechanical Dura-Ace groupset, shifting is smooth, fast and reliable. This bike includes a Power2Max NG Eco power meter as standard, so if you're looking to train with power the setup is ready for you to activate it if you so wish, for an additional one-off cost. Power readings are taken from the crank spider for accurate dual-sided measurement.
Fulcrum Racing 400 wheels are strong and stiff, engaging almost instantly and, paired with Vittoria Rubino Pro Speed 25mm tyres, roll smooth and fast.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
