Cannondale Fat CAAD 2 26R Mountain Bike 2017
Looking for a fat bike that does not feel so unwieldy? Then the Cannondale Fat CAAD 2 26R Mountain Bike 2017 is the bike for you. Massive tyres, a versatile geometry and high-quality components make this fat bike very easy on the eye.
Cannondale's OutFront steering geometry lets you get the most out of that big, fat contact patch. A slack head angle and long front centre lets you get target steep gradients, while the tight trail measurement keeps the handling nimble at slow speeds.
Thanks to Cannondale's System Integrated cranks and offset chainrings, the FAT CAAD's Q-factor is up to 2.5cm narrower than the competition, so it feels like riding a bike and not driving a tank.
Those fat tyres are going to need to be slowed down from time to time and the SRAM Guide hydraulic disc brakes have the power and modulation to do it.
SRAM also provide the gearing in the form of their 10-speed groupset - so you have the range and the torque to power up steep climbs and down harrowing descents.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
