The Cannondale Synapse Carbon 105 Disc Women's Road Bike seamlessly merges a full carbon frameset with a sophisticated material layup, refined tube shapes and reliable components to make it the perfect choice for long and demanding rides across any road topography.
The carbon frameset utilises a high grade of composite material and lays this in a specific format to promote a ride that’s brimming with responsiveness, efficiency and strength within a lightweight form. The tubes of the frameset are realised via Cannondale’s SAVE technology to grant a certain amount of vertical flex for a serenely comfortable, fatigue-reducing ride experience, even across the roughest of road surfaces. Frameset clearance for up to 32mm tyres adds further comfort as well as increased control while an endurance inspired geometry places the rider in the ideal position for the longest days in the saddle.
Cannondale’s own RD 2.0 wheelset provides sharp acceleration thanks to its low weight but is also robust enough to counter harsh and poorly maintained asphalt. Gear changing is charged to the Shimano 105 setup, and this flicks through its wide range of ratios with accuracy and dependability. The matching 105 hydraulic disc brakes bestow confidence, even within torrential rain, thanks to their strong stopping power that is easily controlled by smaller hands via the short-reach levers.
The bike is crowned by mudguard mounting points that offer the potential for protection from cold road spray.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
