Fe226 AeroForce MK. II Black Edition Short Sleeve Trisuit
A top of the line short sleeve trisuit from Fe226, the AeroForce MK. II Black Edition represents all of Fe226's performance technologies in one race-focussed, garment. The revolutionary AeroForce fabric has superior hydrodynamic and aerodynamic abilities that are demonstrated by extensive in-house testing. The speed on offer stems from the fact that the fabric has maximum breathability in the air yet allows water and air to slide off without penetrating the fibres, making you faster during every leg of the race. The redesigned sleeves have a turbulence-breaking ribbed design that runs all the way down to the elbow to give maximum aerodynamic potential. An aero position is only effective if you can hold it for sustained periods and Fe226 helps you with this issue by using a 4-way stretch weave in its AeroForce fabric that gives performance compression without restricting your movement.
The chamois comes courtesy of EIT, specifically their TRI COMP model which has been developed together with bike fitting company gebioMized to ensure it is comfortable in an aggressive, aerodynamic position on both split and normal tri saddles. In addition, a special multi-density insert is used in the perineal zone to combat the typical pressure riders can feel as a result of a low position. Mesh panels at the rear of the suit and laser-cut holes help with breathability and a full-length zip is great for boosting airflow during your run. The bonded seams are also great for long-distance comfort as they reduce the chance of chafing you can get from over stitched hems.
