Focus Jam2 6.9 Nine 29" Electric Mountain Bike 2021
With the strongest Bosch motor available, the Focus Jam2 6.8 Nine Electric Mountain Bike is your ideal all-mountain companion for conquering the trails. With 29 inch wheels the Jam2 easily rolls through rough terrain, with the larger wheel diameter decreasing hangup on rocks and bumps to keep you stable and confident, even while at race pace. The 150mm of travel on offer is optimised for Focus’s electric mountain bike range, offering incredible small bump compliancy and a progressive ramp up to improve bottom out resistance for the extra weight of the motor and battery. This keeps the wheels planted when grip is required, even on loose terrain, and allows the Jam2 to cope well with drops and other aggressive trail features.
The Jam2 6.9 comes specced with the Bosch Powertube 625wh battery, allowing you to ride worry free without range anxiety. Featuring Bosch’s fourth generation Performance CX motor system, it will never be underpowered either. 250 watts of power and 85 Nm of torque gives near-superhuman levels of assistance if required, which can be adjusted to suit both yours and the trails requirements. For your convenience, the integrated downtube battery can be removed and charged off the bike as well as on, meaning you can charge it indoors if required.
FOX’s 36 Float Rhythm takes care of front suspension duties, featuring an electric mountain bike specific crown. This gives the Jam2 highly precise steering, with 36mm stanchions reducing front end flex when riding tough terrain. In this model the drivetrain comes courtesy of Shimano’s Deore XT lineup, providing crisp and precise shifting over a range of 12 speeds. Rounding off this stellar specification is Schwalbe’s Magic Mary 2.6 inch tyres, which pair perfectly with the wide DT Swiss H1900 wheels for excellent on-trail support.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
