GT Grade Carbon Expert Gravel Bike 2020
The GT Grade Carbon Expert Gravel Bike has a split personality; on the one hand, it is light and fast, with a carbon frame that efficiently transfers power to the ground and a 55mm offset for great handling. On the other hand, the flip-chip in the fork can be moved to give a lower, more stable geometry better suited to long trips when the plethora of luggage mounts and the frame’s compliance come to the fore. GT’s signature Triple Triangle design has been utilised to lengthen the seatstays to give the added comfort that is so beneficial on extended off-road rides.
Whichever option is taken, Shimano’s ever-reliable 105 groupset and hydraulic brakes will prove up to the task, with the 2x configuration offering a great range of gears from the 46/30 chainset and 11-34 cassette, all easily and accurately selected by the shifters. Fast-rolling 37mm WTB Riddler tyres are a great option for lanes and hardpacked trails, but the frame has sufficient clearance for 42mm 700c tyres to be used for even more comfort and grip. The ST i23 TCS 2.0 rims are also supplied by WTB and are tubeless-ready so it's easy to take advantage of the benefits of tubeless, namely lower tyre pressures without the risk of pinch punctures, and comfier, grippier, faster rolling.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
