Giro Republic Shoes
New for 2014, the Giro Republic Shoe fuses off-the-bike style with on-the-bike performance, to produce a shoe that you will want to wear before during and after your ride.
Whether it's a leisurely weekend ride littered with café stops, or the daily commute to and from the office, the Republic is able to meet the demands of both cycling and walking with equal aplomb. Replaceable high traction walking pads ensure you are able to keep steady footing whilst off the bike, unlike the undignified waddle that usually results from trying to walking in a traditional road cycling shoe. Recessed MTB two bolt cleat mounts also helps with offering a shoe that feels as natural to walk in as a casual shoe.
The upper of the Giro Republic shoe is made from perforated Microfibre, this is a waterproof material which will shield your feet from the grime of city roads, yet also provide ample ventilation and breathability to ensure your feet remain cool and comfortable all day long.
An inconspicuous, classic lacing system is used that further boosts the Republic's casual credentials, whilst also providing an easy to adjust, even tension all the way across the shoe.
The Giro Republic Shoe is available in two colours; Lead/Gum and Black/Gum. In EU sizes ranging from 40-48.
