The down and feather fill provides great natural insulation and means that the jacket packs down very small, with an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. The outer fabric is water and wind-resistant to stave off drizzle and cold breezes whilst the internal wrist gaiters help seal in the warm air. There are two external zipped pockets and internal open pockets for storage along with a snug hood for extra protection.
