The Mavic CXP Pro Clincher Rim 700c is perfect for the rider who needs a strong, durable rim to build up a reliable wheel for use through the seasons. It’s constructed from Mavic’s renowned Maxtal alloy that keeps the weight low, but the lateral rigidity high when used with the correct components.
The braking surface incorporates Mavic’s UB control braking surface which is regarded as one of the finest in the industry. Eliminating any squealing or juddering, this braking surface promotes smooth, efficient and predictable braking, for a much more enjoyable ride.
Weighing 470g, this rim isn’t the lightest you’ll see, but it sure does offer one, sure-fire advantage over many others: strength.
