Orbea Orca M40 Disc Road Bike 2021
The Orbea Orca M40 Disc Road Bike blends a refined carbon construction, lively character and reliable components to lend a multifaceted and fast performance to a gamut of road rides whether they be in the mountains, across the roughest of roads or through the quickest of valleys.
An optimised layup pattern and meticulous fibre orientation are used when constructing the full carbon frame. This state of the art, lightweight construction infuses high degrees of reactivity and plush levels of compliance for speed up the climbs and comfort across the cobbles. The laterally stiff carbon fork increases steering accuracy and manages surface vibrations while entirely internal cable routing from stem to frame gives a clean and precise vibe. 35mm tyre clearance permits the use of broader, lower rolling and plusher rubber while the race-inspired geometry places the rider in a powerful position and bestows reactive but composed handling characteristics.
Hydraulic disc brakes stop powerfully and precisely in all weather conditions, even when flying down steep mountain passes. At the same time, the Shimano Tiagra gear configuration is dependable, low maintenance and changes accurately every time of asking. Robust but lightweight wheels crown the build by accelerating sharply and by being low-maintenance, even after long rides over the most broken and irregular of surfaces.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
