Santa Cruz Blur Carbon C S 29" Mountain Bike 2021
The Santa Cruz Blur Carbon C S 29” is their race-ready, short-travel full-suspension Mountain Bike. It features the FOX Float Performance DPS rear shock, with Dual Piston System (DPS) for improved rebound and compression flow for a smoother, more controlled ride. There are three on the fly settings, Open, Medium and Firm, so you can handle any terrain. The frame is their lightest ever 100mm full suspension option, weighing in at 2,060 grams, despite offering massive lateral stiffness and tracking ability. It uses their hugely efficient VPP® linkage design that provides both speed and control whether powering uphill or racing back down.
FOX’s lightweight Step-Cast 32 Performance fork matches the rear end’s 100mm of travel for a balanced ride and both shocks can be locked out using the handlebar remote. The 12-speed groupset is SRAM’s GX Eagle for smooth, reliable shifting and the 29" wheelset uses DT Swiss 370 hubs and Competition spokes laced to Race Face AR Offset 25 rims. The tubeless-ready Aspen 2.25" EXO TR from Maxxis is a great, fast-rolling tyre that complements the Blur's speed.
