Specialized Crux Expert Carbon Gravel Bike 2026
The Specialized Crux is the lightest gravel bike in the world, combining massive tyre clearance with performance gravel geometry. Built to deliver the ultimate expression of gravel performance, it is designed for speed, control and versatility across the roughest terrain.
Lightweight Specialized design
With frame weights of 725 g for the S-Works 12r and 825 g for the 10r, the Crux translates the innovations of the Aethos into gravel. The result is a bike that climbs with ease, floats over rough terrain and weighs less than a full bottle in the cage.
Capable Crux clearance
Clearance for 47c tyres or 650b x 2.1” wheels provides Diverge-level versatility, allowing the Crux to tackle any gravel route at full gas.
Responsive Specialized Crux ride
Nimble, supple and reactive, the Crux delivers sharp pedalling response with smooth comfort in the saddle. Its performance gravel geometry and race-inspired fit build on the Crux’s cyclocross heritage.
The Crux Expert is equipped with the all-new SRAM Rival XPLR AXS 13 speed groupset for wide range gearing and effortless shifting, Roval Terra C Disc wheels for strength and light weight, and 2Bliss Ready 700x40 mm Pathfinder Pro tyres for reliable grip and speed on varied terrain.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
