With more than a nod to his dominance of the Green Jersey competition at the Tour de France, the frame of the Specialized Sagan Collection S-Works Tarmac SL7 Di2 Disc Road Bike sparkles and flashes a verdant hue when it catches the light. The design of the SL7 frame combines the sublime handling and low weight of the SL6 with the aerodynamics, efficiency and outright speed of the Venge, making a truly remarkable machine that can take on climbs, sprints and rolling roads right at the front of the pack much like Sagan himself. By using their extensive FreeFoil Shape Library of tubes and their own Win Tunnel test facility, Specialized has ensured that no compromise is needed by their pro riders or amateurs when choosing the best bike for their day’s ride. An integrated stem and handlebar with internal routing add to the bike’s aerodynamic qualities and sleek lines.

Shimano’s range-topping 11-speed Dura-Ace Di2 electronic drivetrain keeps the shifting sharp and effortless no matter how much power is going through the pedals, with the combination of an 11-30t cassette and 52/36t chainset providing a great range of ratios for climbing and descending alike. The integrated dual-sided crank-based Specialized Power Pods power meter enables training sessions to be more focussed and efficient or race efforts better measured. Keeping the descents up to speed are Shimano’s Dura-Ace hydraulic disc brakes, offering tireless power for greater cornering confidence.

The S-Works carbon seatpost houses the Di2 junction box just below the saddle for easy access whilst the Body Geometry S-Works Power saddle has carbon rails and base to continue the theme of low weight, comfort and high strength. The bike rolls on carbon Roval Rapide CLX wheels, with a 51mm deep front wheel and 60mm rear so that handling and drag can be optimised and the saddle and rims both carry Sagan's moniker.
