Specialized Stumpjumper Evo Expert Mountain Bike 2021
Offering total control on even the wildest of trails, the Specialized Stumpjumper Evo Expert Mountain Bike pushes the boundaries of what is possible for a 150mm travel trail bike in an all-new revised chassis. With the progression of mountain biking showing no signs of slowing, the Stumpjumper EVO combines hard-hitting technology from the long-travel Demo and Enduro models with a mid-travel frameset to create their most capable trail bike yet. With a revised suspension design and six separate geometry settings, the EVO can be tailored to your needs, from ultra-slack park machine through to all-mountain climbing beast.
With over two degrees of headset adjustment thanks to an eccentric headset cup design and chainstay-mounted flip-chips, the EVO offers a wide 63-65.5 degrees of head angle range alongside low and high bottom bracket heights. The more slack settings offer total stability in the rough, increasing the bike's wheelbase and improving confidence on the steeps. The steeper settings provide a more agile ride character that is perfect for mellower trails with longer climbs. A lower BB setting is excellent for railing bike park berms, whilst a higher BB will reduce the chance of rock strikes in rough terrain. This wide range of adjustment puts the choice in your hands, making it an uber-capable trail bike in any scenario.
Using the same high-end 11m carbon as the flagship S-Works model, the EVO Expert does not skimp on performance. With an improved SWAT™ storage bay in the downtube, there is more space than ever to store your snacks and accessories. This latest frameset includes the new Specialized 22-fluid ounce SWAT™ bladder water reservoir, making pack-free riding more realistic than ever. With a high-end specification, the EVO Expert sees the FOX FLOAT 36 and DPX2 controlling suspension duties, offering a wide range of adjustment and impressive GRIP2 fork damper. A SRAM XO1 rear derailleur and shifter provide crisp and precise shifts, while the Roval Traverse 29-inch wheelset offers heavy-hitting performance to match the rowdy character of the EVO.
Improved suspension kinematics sees a more rearward axle path introduced, reducing hang-up on square-edged hits to keep pace on technical trails. The 29-inch wheels offer impressive roll-over characteristics, which when combined with the progressive ramp-up of the suspension curve provides an unreal level of confidence for even the most intense trail features.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
