The lightweight SL1-320 battery and silent SL 1.1 motor use a responsive torque curve that delivers power smoothly in-tune with your pedalling and is optimised for a cadence of 110rpm to more closely resemble the style of a standard road bike. The bike features Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic gears, a robust Shimano XT Deore rear derailleur that's crossed over from mountain biking and an 11-42t cassette, so you have a quality proven drivetrain with plenty of range for climbing hills. When descents get hectic there's an X-Fusion Manic Dropper post to comfortably keep the saddle out of the way, and hydraulic disc brakes ensure powerful stopping performance in all conditions. Should you fancy racking-up for an adventure trip there are mudguard and gear mounts too for hauling your kit over new trails.
