Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0 Electric Hybrid Bike 2018
Ditch the bus and leave the car at home with the Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0 Electric Bike. Benefitting from a powerful 250 watt motor integrated into the downtube, this bike boasts all of the power you need to make light work of your commute, and make riding around town a total breeze. Specialized's own-brand 1.2 motor has been custom-tuned for city riding with a reactive power output that generates more electric assistance the harder that you pedal. Boasting the relaxed geometry that makes hybrid bikes like this such a comfortable and easy going ride, the Turbo Vado is the perfect bike for any commute.
The Turbo Vado also features a custom 2.2-inch BLOKS. digital LCD display that allows you to monitor all your ride data as you pedal, as well as to keep an eye on your remaining battery power. The battery is easily removed for charging or can be locked to the frame itself to charge. The Shimano shifters and derailleurs, meanwhile, ensures precise shifting performance that you can rely on mile after mile. The 11-40T cassette, meanwhile, offers a wide spread of gears - guaranteeing you the gears you need to take you up any incline. Add to this the benefit of powerful hydraulic brakes and you have a bike that you can rely on in any weather. With a tough alloy frame that boasts mounts for a rear rack or fenders, this bike is a real year-round commuting machine that is at home in any conditions.
The Sunrace suspension fork provides a full 50mm of travel - enough to soften out even the harshest of inner-city potholes. The large 47mm tyres help to cushion the ride even further, giving this bike a smooth, buttery ride and also the benefit of improved grip in wet weather.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
