Trek 920 Adventure Road Bike 2017
The frameset is constructed from super strong and lightweight 100 Series Alpha Aluminium with manipulated tube shapes to balance weight savings and enhance comfort. A 15mm front thru axle makes steering more precise and controlled and the quick release feature makes rapid wheel removal simple.
TRP hydraulic disc brakes offer the strongest stopping power in wet and dry conditions; an especially useful feature when your bike is fully laden with panniers. The 10-speed SRAM gearing is also perfectly suited to carrying heavy loads. The 24/28 crankset and 11-36 cassettes provide a fantastically wide gear range to give you the perfect ratio up even the steepest of gradients.
Bontrager's Duster Elite Tubeless Ready wheels allow you to convert to a tubeless setup, while the Bontrager XR1 tyres provide superb traction and stability on the flat tarmac and rough gravel or dirt roads.
Bontrager also provide other elements to the finishing kit such as the handlebars and saddle. The Bontrager Evoke 1.5 saddle features strategically placed padding which is perfect for long hours in the saddle. Bontrager's VR-C handlebars offer stiffness and strength with a durable alloy construction and forgiving drop angle that is perfect for long hours on the hoods.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
