Trek Emonda SL 6 Disc Road Bike 2023
The Trek Emonda SL 6 Disc Road Bike has long excelled on the hills due to its stiff frame and lightweight design, but now it also comes with some free speed thanks to some aerodynamic improvements.
Always known for its low weight, the Émonda now also has aero tube shapes with significantly less drag than the previous version, so it is now as fast on the flat as it is on the climbs. The H1.5 frame fit balances long-distance comfort and control with a racy position on the bike making it suitable for all-day epics and short blasts alike.
With a 25mm inner width and 30mm outer width, the Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 alloy wheels provide wide, modern-style road tyres with excellent sidewall support when cornering and ensure a smooth rim / tyre junction for better airflow. They are tubeless-ready so can be used without inner tubes for more grip, fewer punctures and less rolling resistance.
Shimano’s 105 Di2 groupset is electronic, so shifting is effortless and accurate, no matter how much pressure there is on the pedals. The system can be paired with smartphones and GPS head units to give access to some customisation options and additional ride data. The bike’s climbing-based heritage is reflected in the gear ratios, with a compact chainset and an 11-34 cassette offering plenty of options when the road heads uphill. When it comes to descending back down to the valley, the 105 hydraulic disc brakes ensure superb control and stopping power.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
