Trek Fuel EX 8 XT 29" Mountain Bike 2020
The Trek Fuel EX 8 XT 29" Mountain Bike is a great value option that combines premium parts, innovative design and all-mountain capability. The 130mm travel aluminium frame includes the Mino Link rocker that enables the geometry to be switched between slacker and steeper depending on preference and also has the Knock Block to protect the frame from the fork crown in the event of an accident. The 140mm FOX Rhythm 34 FLOAT EVOL air spring fork has their GRIP damper for a plusher, more sensitive response and better ground tracking.
The 29” Bontrager Line Comp 30 wheels and 2.6” XR4 Team Issue Tyres are both tubeless-ready whilst the under-bar mount for the dropper seatpost remote is always close at hand and simple to use when the saddle needs lowering quickly. Shimano’s XT groupset is often regarded as the intelligent choice, giving access to virtually all of the performance of the range-topping XTR products at a far more accessible price; a sensible option for a bike designed to be ridden hard over all terrain.

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride. For hassle-free home delivery and bike set-up from a qualified mechanic use our Premier Delivery Service.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
